For those of you who’ve already updated your Lumia 710, here’s one of the new apps you can look forward to on your updated Windows Phone handset – Camera Extras.

“Extras” refers to 4 new camera features that’ll let your enjoy mobile photography on your Lumia even more:

• Group Shot – takes five shots and swaps the faces for the best looking ‘group’ shot
• Action Shot – successive shots to capture action sequences
• Self-Timer – self-explanatory
• Panorama – again, self-explanatory

Currently, this is only available for those in the US and China, but will be made available to everyone else soon. That is, everyone with a Nokia Lumia 900, Lumia 610 and an updated Lumia 710.

Those with a Lumia 800 will have to wait for the update before they can enjoy this new Nokia-exclusive app. On the bright side, it’s not out yet locally, so the pain of waiting shouldn’t be that painful since no one can download this app yet.
