The BlackBerry Bold 9900 is RIM’s most posh handheld to date; it’s a no nonsense smartphone that’s designed with the executive in mind. Available in a variety of pastel colors the Polishe case from Capdase is a hybrid mix of plastic and silicon. The plastic makes up the external part of the case which offers sufficient protection from drops and bumps, the inner part on the other hand is lined with a hefty layer of silicon which provides ample cushion in the event of accidental drops. While the combination of plastic and silicon successfully manages to create an efficient protective casing, it does unfortunately add considerable bulk and thickness to the Bold 9900.
All of the cutouts of the Polishe case lines up perfectly with the Bold 9900. All of the ports are accessible and there are absolutely no problems plugging in the micro USB charger or earphone plug. Capdase was even prudent enough to add a exposed hook where a cellphone charm can be easily hooked into.
