Cherry Mobile just launched what could very well be their most stylish and best-bang-for-your-buck Android – the Cherry Mobile W900 aka the Dragon phone.

Its specs may not be top-of-the-line by today’s standards – 4-inch WVGA touchscreen, Snapdragon 1.2GHz single-core processor, 512MB RAM, 5-MP main cam (sans flash), VGA front-facing cam, WiFi, Bluetooth, DLNA support, 1GB onboard memory bundled with an 8GB microSD card – but for just Php9,999, it’s a real steal!

And don’t be fooled by its 1.2GHz single-core processor, this Cherry’s quite snappy. Heck, it even appears to be much much faster than my ICS-souped up 1.2GHz dual-core HTC Sensation (though HTC Sense maybe the one to blame for the slowdown on my HTC ‘droid, not the processor).

But yeah, I know, this might just all be initial impressions gone wild.
