It’s a go, guys! HTC has confirmed that they will indeed be releasing the Jelly Bean update for both the HTC One X and One S this month.
Bundled with the Android 4.1 update is the all-new HTC Sense 4+, a new Self Portrait mode with face detection, and an updated HTC Watch 2.0 which now displays all your saved video content.
Just don’t forget the fine print with every software update — it’s a staggered release. Meaning, if it’s out already over in Europe, it might not be out yet in our neck of the woods. Availability varies from market to market.
What happened to the one for the HTC One XL? Will it still be getting Jelly Bean?
We don’t know exactly, but we’re pretty sure it’ll be getting a taste of Jelly Bean. We just don’t know when.
As for the rest of us HTC Android users, well, unfortunately, it’s still the waiting game for us.

will i be guilty of cybercrime law for using ROM’s from XDA? is it prohibited?
