i’d love to see great customer service. not just what the gadgets can do, but what you can do with your gadgets

I expect a more interactive and hands-on experience of gadgets available at Beyond the Box. More displays of gadgets so that customers won’t line up just to experience and play with the gadget. It would also help if sales assistants will allow the customers to take their time in holding the gadgets, not giving snobbish looks whenever a customer takes too long to decide to buy.

I expect that no matter how simple the packaging of Mac products can be, there is something simply surprising Beyond the Box. :)

I expect the unexpected. That’s what their name suggests: an enjoyable experience before, while, and after shopping for gadgets.
