It looks like Facebook will soon be offering up yet another new look for Facebook Profiles, now more commonly referred to as Timeline, as TPM has confirmed the social network has already begun testing out the Timeline makeover.
But don’t worry, it’s not as drastic as the shift from the old profiles to Timeline. As you can see in the comparison above, it’s actually a pretty minor update, but one that’ll definitely help de-clog the somewhat visually cluttered and chaotic layout Timeline has right now.
Could this be a direct response to the all-new and improved – and, impressive, might I add - Google+ mobile app and a preparation for their counter attack in the mobile space?
Possibly, or this is could just be a regular Timeline update that simply coincided with the recent make-over Google did to their iOS mobile app.
We’ll probably never know for sure, but who cares, right? Whatever their motivates are, the important thing here is that another change is coming, whether we like it or not.
Not that I’m complaining about Timeline. I like it. It rocks! And this update just makes it even better.
