Flipboard for iPhone, iPod touch now Available

Love Flipboard but don’t own an iPad? Then here’s good news for you, guys.

Flipboard is now a universal app. Meaning, it’s no longer exclusive to the iPad, and is now also compatible with the iPhone and iPod touch.

Sure, you could make a case that Flipboard is best viewed on the bigger display on the iPad, but looking at the provided screen shots and watching it live in action as shown in the video below, it’s actually not that bad on the iPhone.

Some things you should note though. This requires at least iOS 4.0 to be installed, and wont’ work on iOS devices older than the iPhone 3GS and 3G iPod touch.

So, got everything you need?

Good. Then head on over here to download your copy of Flipboard right here, right.

With Flipboard now finally available on all iOS devices, I’m hoping the guys behind this fantabulous app will consider releasing their pride and joy on the Android platform next. Yeah, yeah, I’m prolly shooting for the stars here, but hey, we’re free to dream, right? And I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one wishing for a Flipboard for Android app to roll out soon.
