Globe LTE postpaid plans get detailed, Trip to 2012 Singapore Race to be raffled off to those who pledge interest

Globe’s LTE is finally here!

And by finally here, I don’t mean it’s now live. Here only means we finally have their LTE postpaid plan details, and a little something on the extra on the side that might convince you to sign up your interest for it.

First, let’s discuss the LTE plans. Unlike SMART, Globe’s offering two LTE postpaid plans – Tattoo Black Plan 1799 and Tattoo Black Plan 2499, both of which, by the way, are significantly cheaper than SMART’s.

Plan 1799 offers up speeds of up to 28Mbps and discounts to partner establishments with nationwide concierge assistance.

Plan 2499, meanwhile, runs at speeds of up to 42Mbps with a dedicated hotline, priority handling in stores and a personal relationship manager, as well as complimentary tickets to Tattoo parties, MIASCOR Lounge Access Extension Card, credit limit extension and priority reservation on Globe handset and tablet devices. So yeah, you can think of Plan 2499 as the LTE postpaid plan for those who want some extra tender lovin’ care from Globe.

Data cap? No data cap was mentioned so we’re guessing it’ll be unlimited until they announce otherwise.

Now, as to what the something extra on the side is, here it is – just sign up your interest for Globe’s LTE service and you automatically qualify for their raffle where they’re giving away round-trip tickets for two to the 2012 Singapore Race. Yep, no need to pay for anything. Just sign-up your interest, and you’re good to go. Just hurry, ‘cause signing up your interest to join this raffle ends on the 14th. That’s this Friday, already.

You game?

Then head on over here to register now, or here to read the full mechanics of this promo.

As to when Globe’s LTE network will go live, we don’t know yet. But since they’ve already spilled the beans about their LTE plans, I’m sure it’s just around the corner.
