Tired of answering the ever-so-popular “wru” text message?
Well, if you’ve got Android or an iPhone and your friend does too, you no longer need to reply with an SMS of your location all thanks to a nifty app called Glympse. Through Glympse, you can share your location on a map in real-time.
And if you own of those swanky Ford cars that come equipped with Ford’s uber-cool Sync connectivity system, you can order your location to be shared too as Glympse is now proudly Ford Sync-compatible.
To start sharing your location through Glympse via Ford Sync, simply pair your Android or iOS device either via Bluetooth or USB-cable to your car, press the Sync voice button on the steering wheel, say “Send Glympse” and voice commands will then guide you through the rest of the process to complete your shared Glympse location.
