If dual SIM is more your thing, then maybe the HTC Desire SV is what you should keep tabs on.
Just like the recently launched HTC One SV, this new recruit to the Desire line-up packs a 4.3-inch super LCD2 touch screen and runs on a Qualcomm S4 dual-core processor, but that’s where the similarity ends.
The dual-SIM Desire SV’s S4 processor is only 1GHz (vs 1.2GHz on the One SV), comes with just 768MB RAM (vs 1GHz), 4GB internal memory (vs 8GB), and doesn’t come with a secondary cam and LTE connectivity.
On the upside, though, it comes with a better-rated 8-megapixel cam. That said, unlike the One SV, it can’t shoot 1080p HD videos and sports a smaller aperture, f2.2 (vs f2.0), proving once again, it’s not all about the megapixels.
No word on price yet, but I seriously doubt it’ll come close to the uber-ridiculous price tag of the super-affordable dual-SIM dual-core Lenovo P700i and its other rivals in the local Android scene.
Anyway, hopefully, we’ll soon find out.
