Remember that news bit last week about Apple finally flipping the LTE switch of the iPhone 5 and their other iOS device to on here in the Philippines?

Well, that time is now!

Apple has just rolled out iOS 6.1, and its biggest treat is LTE support for – you guessed it – SMART and Globe for users here in the Philippines.

You can easily update your iOS device over-the-air (OTA) or via iTunes.

But if you’re the type who still prefers the download the IPSW files manually, then take your pick from the ones below:

• iPhone 4S
• iPhone 4
• iPhone 3GS
• iPad mini WiFi+Cellular, iPad mini WiFi only
• iPad 4 WiFi+Cellular, iPad 4 WiFi only
• iPad 3 WiFi+Cellular, iPad 3 WiFi only
• iPad 2 WiFi+Cellular, iPad 2 WiFi only
• iPod touch (4th-generation)
• iPod touch (5th-generation)
