Just how small is new dock connector on the next iPhone?

If these leaked images courtesy of NowhereElse.fr are legit, it’s pretty darn small.

Heck, the new smaller – waaaay smaller – dock connector makes a USB connector look like a giant beside it.

Plausible? Yes, but definitely far from being certain yet.

While this does line up nicely with previous leaks and reports revealing the 30-pin port on the iPhone has been axed in favor of a smaller one, the only way we kick tick this off the rumor list is when Apple finally makes everything official at the new iPhone launch, which, if what we’ve been hearing proves to be true, should happen sometime next month.
