It’s Jelly Bean time, HTC One X users!
Actually, we’re not that sure yet, since we can’t confirm this first hand. But HTC Source has confirmed that the Jelly Bean (Android 4.1.1) update for the HTC One X is indeed rolling out right as we speak, and their contact in HTC verified this, but added it’s only limited to Taiwan and Asia for now.
And last I checked, the Philippines is still part of Asia. So it should be available in our neck of the woods already. In fact, HTC Philippines announced it too over on Facebook but reports from users have mostly been negative as far as availability of the updates goes locally.
The update is reportedly a 364.54MB download, though you will initially get a 1.5MB download first.
So, got Jelly Bean already? If not, then just treat this as a heads up that it’s on its way already.
If it’s a yes, how is it? Do chime in your impressions in the comments section below, ‘cause, just like everyone else, we’d love to hear how Jelly Bean is rockin’ the One X.
