Aside from the Lenovo S720, here’s another new 4.5-incher from Lenovo – the Lenovo A800.
Just like the S720, this too sports a 4.5-inch touchscreen, 512MB RAM, boasts off 4GB onboard storage expandable via microSD card, runs on Ice Cream Sandwich, is a dual SIM phone, and is powered by a 1Ghz dual-core processor with a 2000mAh battery as its power source.
But unlike the S720, the A800 doesn’t come with a front-facing cam, only sports a 5-megapixel main cam (vs 8MP on the S720), and has a lower resolution (854×480) display (vs 960×540).
So yeah, while it might be similar in a lot of ways, it’s also very different in several aspects, the biggest of which, by the way, is its price.
The Lenovo A800 will hit Philippine stores this month for just Php6,999, three grand cheaper than the Lenovo S720.
So depending on what you’re looking for or need in a phone, this might actually be the better Android for you.
Well? Is it? Chime in your thoughts below.

This is an almost strictly better phone than the P700/i, for a much cheaper price. I don’t think the lack of a front cam is such a huge loss.
