There’s now a better version of the Lenovo Mobile’s 4-incher ‘droid, and get this, is retailing at the same price as the Lenovo P700. I’m sure some of you already know what I’m talking about. For those who don’t, though, I’m referring to none other than the Lenovo P700i.

Its specs sheet reads like a carbon copy of the Lenovo P700, but with one important upgrade. This new Lenovo ‘droid now rocks a 1GHz dual-core processor, which will definitely come in handy to address whatever shortcomings it predecessor had as far as performance goes.

Again, SRP of the P700i is just Php10,990.

For less than Php11K, you’ll be able to get for yourself a 1GHz dual-core Ice Cream Sandwich ‘droid with a 4-inch touchscreen, 5-megapixel cam, dual-SIM functionality, and one of the juiciest batteries we’ve ever encounter on a phone, a 2500mAh battery. Not bad, right?

And since the P700i takes over the price point of the P700, the latter becomes more affordable . The new SRP of the Lenovo P700 is now just Php9,990.
