LG’s official entry in the quad-core smartphone space is finally arriving in the Philippines.
The LG Optimus 4X HD is reportedly scheduled to hit stores this week, and get this, will retail for just Php27,990. That’s Php5K price difference with Sammy’s quad-core Superphone, the Galaxy S III.
But what exactly do you get if you do decide to get the Optimus 4X HD and part with Php28K of your savings?
You’ll be getting a 1.5GHz quad-core running Ice Cream Sandwich ‘droid with 1GB of RAM, a 4.7-inch HD IPS display protected by Gorilla Glass, with an 8-megapixel auto-focus main cam at the back (with LED flash), a 1.3-megapixel secondary cam on the front, Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, NFC support, 16GB internal storage, and a juicy 2,150mAh battery as its power source. Yep, it’s nearly a carbon copy of the Galaxy S III.
Admittedly, though, the Optimus 4X HD isn’t much of a head-turner, but at its price, I’m sure you peeps out there won’t be that slight drawback. Provided, of course, that’s its only drawback.
So, what say you, guys? Yay or nay for Optimus 4X HD?
