On the hunt for a slide-out QWERTY Android phone to replacing your aging smartphone? Then the LG Optimus Q2 might just be what you’re looking for.
The LG Optimus Q2 runs on Android 2.3 with a 1.2GHz Tegra 2 dual-core processor under the hood. It sports a 4-inch IPS display, 5-megapixel camera ‘round the back, a VGA cam on the front, Bluetooth 3.0, and WiFi Direct support.
It’s also apparently pretty thin. It only measures a mere 12.3mm thick, a few millimeters thinner than the HTC Desire Z.
The Optimus Q2 will roll out in Korea next week. Pricing is still a mystery and so is its future here in our country. But worry not as we’ll be sure to keep tabs on this one, and update you guys once we get word on whether this will be made locally available or not.
