The LG Prada 3.0 is the Korean handset maker’s newest Android treat for the Philippines.
And make no mistake, this new Prada phone isn’t just for the fashionistas out there. This one’s well-equipped for geeks too.
LG’s new Gingerbread goodie packs a decently-sized 4.3-inch NOVA display (think LG Optimus Black but better)with a 1GHz dual-core processor supported by 1GB RAM running under the hood, Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi (b/g/n) connectivity, an 8-megapixel 1080p capable AF cam with LED flash ‘round the back, 1.3-megapixel secondary cam on the front, NFC support, 8GB onboard storage, powered by a 1540mAh battery, and loaded with a beautiful monochromatic UI overlay to go nicely with its spiffy design.
Pretty decent, in my opinion, but what will turn-off a lot of potential buyers is its price.
SRP of the LG Prada 3.0 is Php29,990. Yikes!
For Php30K, I’d rather just get the Samsung Galaxy S II and I’d have more than just pocket change left to spend. But hey, that’s just me.
And given how posh this Android Prada looks, I pretty sure they’ll be folks out there who wouldn’t mind paying the steep asking price for a premium-looking handset such as the Prada 3.0.
