So what? You still need to pay for it. Eh! WRONG!
You don’t. That is if you’re on SMART and currently subscribed to iPhone Plan 999 or Plan 2499, or Unlidata Plans 1500, 2000 and 3000. ‘Cause if you are, you get free LTE service on your iPhone 5. No additional charges. No keywords. No hassle.
No catch? None!
Well, not quite.
There is one. The only catch here – and it’s quite understandable, might I add – is it’s not free forever. You’ve only got up until April 30, 2013, or until when SMART says so, to enjoy blazing fast LTE connectivity while on the go. After that, we don’t know how much it’ll cost you.
But hey, April 30 is still three whole months away. So you’ve really got all the time in the world to enjoy the LTE upgrade on your iPhone 5.
