Want to know when specifically your Sony Xperia phone will get a taste of Jelly Bean?

We know you do, and though we still don’t have that info for you, we do, however, know when you can expect it to be announced.

So, when?

Mid-December is what Sony Mobile revealed over on Twitter as the date to look forward for more deets, include release info, on the much anticipated update for Xperia Android phones.

And when I say release info, that’s details on the roll out schedule for the Jelly Bean update for the Sony Xperia S, Xperia acro S, Xperia ion, Xperia P, Xperia go and Xperia J ‘cause we already know the one for the holy trinity – the Sony Xperia T, Xperia TX and Xperia V – will be released in mid-Q1 2013.

That’s as good as it gets for now, but rest assured, we’re keeping a close eye on this one for you guys.
