It’s been a rather long wait for the elusive iOS 6 untethered jailbreak, and based on the latest news from the jailbreak front, it appears we’re in for a little more waiting.
Planetbeing, one of the people – as they say – close to the matter, shares that the possibility of seeing an untethered jailbreak go public before iOS 6.1 rolls out is highly unlikely. Since they’ll need to create a specific jailbreak for the upcoming iOS release, they’d rather just wait for Apple to out iOS 6.1, create an untethered jailbreak for that, and let loose that one to the public.
That’s not to say, though, that they don’t have a working untethered jailbreak already. In fact, Planetbeing proudly revealed that he (or she) is currently enjoying an iOS 6.0.2-running iPhone 5 that’s jailbroken the unetethered way.
So yeah, while it’s been pretty silent on the jailbreak front for the past couple of months, it’s still business as usual for the hardworking folks, and given what’s just been disclosed, their efforts have not ended in vain.
Good to know, but I’m sure you’ll all agree with me that it would even be better if the general jailbreak community also tasted the fruits of their labor.
So let’s all just wait for iOS 6.1 to be released, and keep our fingers crossed the untethered jailbreak for it won’t be far behind.

Just wanna ask, I tried on saving blobs for my iPAD 2 that is currently on 5.1.1 . Parang ayaw. Tried Using tiny umbrella for getting me any blobs that it can get but I cannot.
The general rule for blob is if apple still signs the version you can get that blob right? Me I cant. Hope someone could enlighten me on what would be the best way to do.
