Well, can’t say we’re surprised with this one. Thanks to Nokia and Microsoft’s new found friendship, Nokia Drive, which used to be exclusive to Lumia phones only, is now finally available for all Windows Phone users to enjoy with the debut of Nokia Drive+ at the Windows Phone Store.
Ok, maybe not really ALL Windows Phone users. It’s actually only all the Windows Phone 8 users who stand to benefit from this one.
And the most important part – it’s only currently available for Windows Phone 8 users in US, UK and Canada.
I’m not sure, though, if that means you can only download it if you’re in one of those countries or if it’s the navigation service that’s limited to those countries only. But I did check the Philippine portal of the Windows Phone Store and it’s listed there, so it might be more of the latter rather than the former. Emphasis on might ’cause we can’t verify this on our end since we don’t have a Windows Phone 8 device to play around with.
