Hot off the heels of the Galaxy Xcover 2, here’s comes yet another new ‘droid from ol’ Sammy – the Samsung Galaxy Express.
Yeah, I see it too. It bears an uncanny resemblance to the newest Galaxy in town, the Galaxy S III mini.
But don’t let its looks fool you. This one’s better than mini me of the Galaxy S III.
The Galaxy Express rocks a bigger 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display (vs 4-inch Super AMOLED on the Galaxy S3 mini), a better 1.3-megapixel (vs VGA) front-facing camera, a faster 1.5GHz dual-core Krait (vs 1Ghz dual0core Cortex A9) processor under the hood, LTE connectivity, and a more meaty 2000mAh (vs 1500mAh) battery.
Everything else – the 5-megapixel main cam, 1GB RAM, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS – remains status quo.
No idea yet though if the Galaxy Express will find its way to local stores. So for now, just treat this as a heads up that another new Galaxy has just been announced, and if priced right, could be another sleeper hit in the making.
