Samsung Galaxy S III LTE and company arriving this quarter!

Well well well. Remember Globe’s starting four LTE phone line-up?

It’s coming this November, and our guess was wrong. The ZTE 81 won’t be the only one offered up under Plan 999. All four will, including the Galaxy S III LTE. We’re still not sure, though, if by that they mean it’ll be free under the said plan. Our gut’s telling us no, but hey, anything’s still possible, especially since nothing’s officially been announced yet.

As for availability, all four are scheduled to hit stores this quarter. So yeah, this is basically another addition to your growing list of things to watch out for in the coming weeks.

Read the short and sweet announcement in the press release beow:

Globe Telecom announces its initial and exclusive line-up of smartphones running on its Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, providing subscribers with blazing mobile browsing speeds, as well as better quality SMS and voice experience.

Starting this quarter, Globe will be the first Philippine telco to offer the latest LTE-enabled smartphones in its Globe Stores, in time for the launch of the country’s first-ever mobile 4G LTE network from Globe. These Globe-exclusive smartphones are Samsung Galaxy S III LTE, HTC One XL, ZTE T81, andHuawei Ascend P1 LTE, all available under the Globe suite of postpaid plans starting at Plan 999 bundled with unlimited surfing, consumable amount for calls and texts, freebies, and the Globe Guarantee of superior customer service.
