That’s right, boys and girls! Now, everyone can enjoy Skydrive with the roll out of the Skydrive app for iOS, Windows, and Mac.
Well, almost everyone.
You Android users out there probably noticed there’s none available for you folks. We don’t know if one’s coming, but let’s just say we wouldn’t be surprised if they did.
And here are a couple of things you should know too about the Skydrive apps they’ve newly released:

It’s pretty much what you’d expect from a Dropbox-rival. It does real-time syncing to the cloud.
What Skydrive’s got that Dropbox doesn’t is 7GB of free storage right from the get go. And if you were among one of those folks who’ve been using it prior to today, you get a free upgrade to – ready – 25GB.!
Dropbox, for me, though, will still be my main go-to cloud service since it’s available on all the devices – iOS, Android, Mac OS X Snow Leopard and Windows 7 – I use. But once MS finally decides to support Android and Snow Leopard (or when I update to Lion, whichever comes first), I might actually consider promoting Skydrive as my top cloud solution.
