SMART’s still mum on when they’ll be outing the iPhone 5 in the Philippines, but they did, however, already announce one device that’ll take full advantage of their blazing fast LTE network. It’s their newest addition to their Pocket WiFi family, the SMART LTE Pocket WiFi.
With this LTE-friendly pocket router, even if you don’t have an LTE-capable smartphone, you too can enjoy the speed of LTE via WiFi. And since SMART’s LTE is unlimited up until October 25, you don’t have to worry about exceeding your 10GB cap when you share your LTE connection with your friends or other devices.
How much?
Well, unfortunately, we don’t know yet. Pricing and availability, according to SMART, will be announced early this month. So the wait to see this bad boy – and hopefully, the iPhone 5 too – to go public won’t be too painfully long.
