You’ve got to hand it to Walkman. Despite the odds stalked against them, the brand is still alive and kickin’. In fact, there’s a new Walkman coming to town in two months time.
It’s the Walkman NWZ-E470 series and it’s coming in September. No word on pricing yet, but what we do known for sure right now is it’ll be comprised of three models – the 4GB NWZ-E473, the 8GB NWZ-E474, and the 16GB NWZ-E475.
And don’t think this Walkman is just made for music. This pint-sized media player can do videos too, with two pre-installed games (Puyo Pop Fever and NUMBER PLACE) for some fun on the side.
Personally, I turn to my Android for my entertainment needs – games, videos, music, you name it. But hey, that’s just me. Not everyone’s into Android, and I’m sure, there’s more than a handful of folks out there interested in getting a Walkman as their next gadget investment, especially if the price is right.
