Sun Anti-Bill Shock now covers Mobile Landline subscribers, SMS addicts too!

Sun Cellular is proud to let everyone know that all their postpaid subscribers can now enjoy the benefit of Anti-Bill Shock.

Yes, everyone, including mobile landline users and those who text a lot.

The Sun Anti-Bill Shock Text All Plan 199 is an add-on service that gives SMS-addicted postpaid subscribers the freedom to text anyone on any network without going beyond Php549. The base price of the ABS Text All Plan is Php199 and is bundled with 1000 texts to any network.

What? A thousand text messages isn’t good enough for you? Then just pay one peso per additional text message… but once you go beyond 1,350 texts, you’ll only be charged a flat rate of Php549!

To activate this feature, just text ABS199 ON to 2199 or call *199#.

Sun subscribers can avail of this offer up until April 30. Full details here.

Mobile landline users, meanwhile, can avail of the Sun Anti-Bill Shock Mobile Landline Plan 249. For Php249 per month, you can enjoy unlimited landline calls to any network within your local area, unlimited mobile calls and texts to Sun, and unlimited nationwide calls to SunTel and Digitel landlines.

To activate, text SDU ON to 2738 or call *738#.

Do note, however, that there is a six-month lock-in period for this and will automatically be renewed unless terminated by the user. Other fine print and further details can be found here.

Finally, there’s the Sun Broadband Plan 350 that’s familiar to many by now. Your bill gets capped at Php999/month if you hit 125 hours or go beyond that. But what you might not know yet is that for Php350/month, you now get 60 hours of data (up from 35 hours). Other than that, it’s still the same ABS-protected Sun broadband plan we talked about last year.

More info here.

Good job, Sun Cellular!

Hopefully, with you expanding the coverage of Anti-Bill Shock to cover not just data use, this will set a new trend for both SMART and Globe to follow.
