So yeah, Windows Phone 8 is now all official and all the devices running on Microsoft’s latest mobile OS are scheduled to roll out beginning next month.
But what’s there to get excited for?

But in all honesty, the biggest thing I’m excited for in Windows Phone 8 is the announcement that 46 out of the top 50 apps on other platforms are all headed to Windows Phone 8, including Temple Run, Angry Birds Star Wars and Pandora. About frickin’ time!
If and when that happens, I might just give Windows Phone a second chance. Emphasis on might.
Not that the other new features – Rooms, Data Sense, Kids Corner – aren’t that useful. It’s just app availability is that big of a game changer.
