Update: Jolidrive gets search ability!

Jolidrive (formerly, prior to October last year, Jolicloud), an online dashboard for accessing third-party cloud and social services like Dropbox, Microsoft Skydrive, Box, Google Drive and Facebook, YouTube and Instagram last week acquiesced to user comments and included a search function to the service, making it much easier and more convenient to use. You can now access and search in any of your registered cloud and social services straight from the Jolicloud screen.

Jolidrive, not to be confused with your friendly neighborhood fastfood joint Jollibee (no matter how difficult it is to get that image out of your head), now makes searching through different and diverse content on the net via a single dashboard function, and allows for an easier time hunting down new material on these services. This has been one of the most requested features, and they’ve finally┬áincluded it.

As of now, Jolicloud can access in one window: Box, Dropbox, Facebook, Flickr, Google Drive, Instagram, Microsoft Skydrive, Soundcloud, YouTube, CloudApp, Exfm, Instapaper, Tumblr, Ubuntu One, Google+, Picasa, Pocket, Readability and Vimeo, and is in the process of adding more. Makers of the Joli OS, these guys are making a lot of headway in the cloud business.

If you haven’t availed of it yet, you can register for a free account here.
