It’s time, guys! The Windows Phone 7.5 update has begun rolling out, just as promised. Though it might not be available locally yet.

This is the first major update to Windows Phone 7 since Microsoft debuted their overhauled mobile operating system.

Multitasking headlines the new treats Mango has to offer Windows Phone users. Twitter integration in People hub, Groups for group messaging and updates, Local Scout for localized searches and improved Live Tiles are some of the other more notable new features this updated Windows Phone version brings to the table.

So, how will you know if this update is out already in the Philippines? Easy. Your Windows Phone will notify you once it is.
